Recruiting new members is the responsibility of all Rotarians, not simply the Membership Committee, the Officers and the Board of Directors.  Sadly, the greatest barrier to Rotary clubs' growth aound the nation is a simple failure to ask others to join.  To do your part to expand Rotary International and the Rotary Club of Jackson, have you considered inviting the following to a Club meeting to learn more about Rotary?

> Pastor, Minister or Priest

 

> Attorney, Accountant or Broker

2)  Explain why you joined Rotary.   That person may be seeking out the same opportunities that you were;

 

3)  Invite someone to be your guest.  Suggest that he or she review the Calendar of our scheduled programs to pick a topic that may be of interest.

 

4)  Simply ask. Refer to the main Proposing a Candidate page of this website for details about our Proposal process and your role as a Sponsor.  It's simple, it's easy and it's important for our club and its continued ability to serve our community.
