CONFERENCE AUCTION ITEMS
It's getting down to the wire!
The Rotary District 6760 Conference is right around the corner. Each
year, a highlight between the sessions is the diverse Silent Auction. We need your help to make this year's auction the biggest yet! What
treasures do you have that you can donate? Each Rotary Club in District 6760 is asked to contribute at least one item for the Silent Auction at the District Conference.
WHAT: Any new item, gift card or gently-used item with statewide
appeal (recommended value of $50 or over)
WHEN: May 5-6 (Auction bidding will close mid-day on Saturday)
WHY: All funds raised by the Silent Auction will support The
Rotary Foundation

DISASTER RELIEF TRAILER PROJECT
Your Club Information & Assistance Requested
If you have not already done so, please send an e-mail to DG Glen Vanderford at gv6760@bellsouth.net to provide the names of two (2) Rotarians in YOUR CLUB that will serve as key contacts for the District Disaster Relief Trailer Project, to be unveiled at the District Conference.
Also, please consider donating funds, $3.00 per Rotarian in YOUR CLUB, to help with this project. Donations of chainsaws, generators, tools and other materials are also still needed.
Let's step-up this season and prepare for the future as Rotarians do, through SERVICE Above Self.
